On Overwhelm

My latest manic episode is finally abating . Sleep is welcome ;  since it is the first thing to go. I continue to be shocked at the help I have received . I welcome a return to the program I attend at College Hospital Santa Ana !  It is my fondest wish that those suffering with a Mental Illness will seek the help they so need !
